Tank parameters: Japanese trapdoor snails can adapt to a range of parameters, but they prefer:
Temperature: 68–85°F
Water: Soft to medium-hard
pH: 6.5–8.0

Feeding: Japanese trapdoor snails are omnivorous and eat algae, decaying organic matter, fish or invertebrate pellets, and blanched vegetables. Avoid overfeeding, as too much food can harm the snails and the water quality.
